The best way to get around on Captiva is a golf cart, or on bikes. You can Uber from RSW Airport for just $50-70 and really will not require a car while here unless planning to visit Sanibel and neighboring areas.
We require guests to complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. The agreement will be sent upon booking confirmation.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
We are available as often as needed, but provide guests the privacy the desire to enjoy their vacation in peace!

It was a roomy unit. Very clean and well appointed. My family of 7 fit comfortably. The location was great! Just steps from the beach and pool. The sunsets over the ocean were great from the screened in porch. There is both a drip coffee pot and kurig which was nice. It is very walkable to the village with all the shopping and restaurants, maybe a half mile. There were plenty of beach chairs and some beach toys and floats all in a wagon which was really nice for traveling from the unit to the beach. We have a toddler and needed a crib for our stay. The host recommended sanibel baby rentals and they also provided an amazing experience. They set it up before we arrived and picked it up the day of departure. Great experience all in all!
Great place to stay! Easy access to beach, pool and parking. Loved the view. Beautiful grounds. Host was very responsive and gave lots of info. Would absolutely recommend this unit to others!
