Welcome to a slice of heaven on Captiva Island. Recent renovations have created a beautiful and luxurious island getaway with all the comforts of home. Enjoy the gorgeous waterfront views of Pine Island Sound as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy your evening meal on the spacious screened lanai. Relax in the well-appointed living room with a large screen TV. A well-equipped cook’s kitchen features a stunning island with comfortable seating. Enjoy a good night’s sleep in the new king bed in the master bedroom suite and the new queen murphy bed in the living room. Included in your rental are two adult beach cruiser bikes with helmets and locks, so you can explore all the Island has to offer. The villa offers an easy walk to the beach in front of the Beach Villas or the shops and restaurants in Captiva Village. This villa is located on the first floor and boasts 850 square feet of optimized island living space. Enjoy the art from local island artists throughout the villa. This villa can sleep a party of 4 with a brand-new king bed in the master bedroom and a brand-new queen murphy bed in the living room. The spacious en-suite master bath features a walk-in shower with rainfall shower head. The second bathroom features a bathtub with handheld shower. Included are an array of children’s items including pack-and-play, high-chair, baby beach tent and sand toys. Enjoy the nearby beach with included beach cart, sand chairs, beach umbrella and surf boards. For after beach fun, you will find toys, games, and puzzles. Bikes or golf cart recommended. Rental car not needed unless travel beyond downtown Captiva is planned. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement after booking. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment. We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small. We are available through phone, text, e-mail, and in person any time assistance is needed and are equipped to handle any guest request.
