The unit is incredibly bright and spacious and comfortably sleeps up to five guests. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with gel mattress topper and private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen and twin bed. The main living area has a 70” smart TV. The gorgeous chef's kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need for making full meals during your stay. There is also a washer and dryer located within the unit. Other offerings include high-speed wireless internet, beach equipment for your use including chairs, and umbrellas. Linens and beach towels are included. This unit is a short three-to-five-minute walk to the sand from your door. It is located in building five on the 3rd floor with patio. There is an assigned parking space located directly behind the unit.
*Please note that this unit is pet-friendly for guests with one dog up to 25 pounds in size. There is a non-refundable $100 pet fee associated with pets.

We require a rental agreement to be signed prior to commencing your stay
E-Bikes are not allowed on property.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
We are available as often as needed, but give guests the space they desire while on vacation.
