Additionally, guests of Loggerhead 523 find that this particular residence is very well suited for families with children, accommodating them especially well with the queen and single beds in the guest bedroom. The unit is incredibly bright and spacious and comfortably sleeps up to five people. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and en-suite private bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen and single bed with a bathroom located in the hallway outside the bedroom with walk in shower. The main living area offers a 55'' smart TV and sectional sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need for making full meals during your stay. Appliances are new, and there is a washer and dryer located within the unit. Other offerings include high-speed wireless internet, beach equipment for your use including chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and ample books and games to enjoy during your visit. Linens and beach towels are included. This unit is a short two to three minute walk to the sand from your door. It is located in building five on the third floor with both stair and elevator access. There is an assigned parking space located directly adjacent the unit on the ground floor. *Please note that this unit is pet-friendly for guests with one dog up to 25 pounds in size. There is a non-refundable $100 pet fee associated with pets. **Please note that this listing has a Saturday through Saturday stay requirement from January 1st-April 30th. Guests must select Saturday as the check in date and check out date or the calendar will not allow a booking to be made.
