Loggerhead 523 is a fantastic 2/2 condo residence in the sought after Loggerhead Cay development of Sanibel's East End. As a Gulf-front community located just a matter of feet from the beach, Loggerhead Cay is a favorite among frequent travelers of Sanibel Island. With resort grade amenities including tennis, Olympic sized swimming pool, shuffleboard, and community grills, and a fantastic location with easy on/off island access, Loggerhead Cay is an excellent choice for your next vacation! Featuring two spacious bedrooms, two upgraded bathrooms, an expansive lanai with ample seating space for up to five, and an exquisitely renovated full kitchen this residence is sure to please even the most discerning of guests. Additionally, guests of Loggerhead 523 find that this particular residence is very well suited for families with children, accommodating them especially well with the queen and single beds in the guest bedroom. The unit is incredibly bright and spacious and comfortably sleeps up to five people. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and en-suite private bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen and single bed with a bathroom located in the hallway outside the bedroom with walk in shower. The main living area offers a 55'' smart TV and sectional sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need for making full meals during your stay. Appliances are new, and there is a washer and dryer located within the unit. Other offerings include high-speed wireless internet, beach equipment for your use including chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and ample books and games to enjoy during your visit. Linens and beach towels are included. This unit is a short two to three minute walk to the sand from your door. It is located in building five on the third floor with both stair and elevator access. There is an assigned parking space located directly adjacent the unit on the ground floor. *Please note that this unit is pet-friendly for guests with one dog up to 25 pounds in size. There is a non-refundable $100 pet fee associated with pets. **Please note that this listing has a Saturday through Saturday stay requirement from January 1st-April 30th. Guests must select Saturday as the check in date and check out date or the calendar will not allow a booking to be made. City of Sanibel Dwelling License RDWL-010588 We recommend rental bikes or car for getting around the island, as most restaurants, shopping, and activities are located more than one mile away from Loggerhead Cay. We are available as often as needed but provide guests the space they desire in order to afford them a relaxing and tranquil vacation. E-Bikes are not allowed on property. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment. 523 Loggerhead was the perfect place for our family of four to stay for the week! The views from the condo are stunning—the pictures truly don’t do it justice. You can be from the condo to the beach in just a couple of minutes, which was perfect for our two little ones. The condo is equipped with everything you’d need for the week—we were able to easily cook at home every night without there being anything missing. The amenities of the complex were also fantastic—the pool was heated and a great size, and there were plenty of grills available for use. We cannot say enough great things about this stay! It was the ideal vacation spot for our young family, and we will definitely be booking again for future trips to Sanibel!

The condo was so beautiful and comfortable. This condo is one of our favorites ever! The furnishings were top notch and super comfy and although we didn’t use the twin bed in guest room (only the queen), nice to have an extra bed for families. The master was beautiful and had plenty of drawer and closet space. The charging ports were a nice touch. Screened porch was perfect for morning coffee and a great place to watch the beautiful sunsets. The storage unit was awesome for keeping sandy chairs and supplies out of condo and truly had everything needed…chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. We really appreciated being able to bring our sweet pup who made lots of friends on the beach. We love the dimmed lights for star gazing and turtles and our only issue was finding our designated parking spot as arrived very late and numbers hard to read. Thanks for being great hosts and hope to return soon!

If you’ve never had the experience of spending time on Sanibel Island, just know you don’t want to miss it. It is a magical healing place where you can rent beach cruisers and go all over the island. It is the shell in capital of the world if you’re looking for video game arcades and endless buffets this is not your place. This isn’t just a vacation. This is paradise.
