Tennis Place is the perfect choice for intimate travelers looking for time to reconnect, and for independent travelers passing through or meeting up with family and friends. You can't help but end up on Island Time with the fresh cheerful colors and thoughtful touches that adorn this 1 bedroom 1 bathroom residence. Enjoy new furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen with a casual breakfast bar for morning coffee before hitting the beach, pool, or bike trails. The master bedroom is spacious and thoughtfully laid out with airy natural light and conveniently located by the bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Tennis Places' favorable location as the first turn after the Causeway Islands allows you to skip the dreaded beach traffic and get right to the good times! Enjoy community perks such as the heated pool, tennis courts, gas grill and on site laundering to round out a stress free stay in Paradise! The residence features a large living room with kitchen, a separate bedroom, and one bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a comfy king bed and flat screen TV. The bathroom features a large updated vanity with quartz top and a shower/tub combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large breakfast bar. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and features a flat screen TV. On the front patio, guests can enjoy seating for up to two with a large patio table facing the pool. City of Sanibel Dwelling License Number RDWL-006352 Guests must complete a rental agreement upon booking. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment. We are available as often as needed for the convenience of our guests!

Great location, wonderfully clean and thoughtfully equipped. Pool and tennis court a big plus.
