The second level features one guest bedroom, with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom. Captiva village is very walkable and located just a few minutes walking distance from this home, so guests should feel at ease without a car while staying with us.

Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to check in. The contents of this will be available immediately prior to booking in the form of an eSign agreement.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
