Located within the exclusive Sundial Resort, this stunning two bedroom, two bath residence features panoramic gulf front views from practically every room. Situated on the top floor of the K building, you are a matter of feet from the beach, pool, and on-site restaurants. Don't miss out on the opportunity to experience one of Sanibel's finest properties! Sundial K402 is located within Sundial West, which is a part of the world renowned Sundial community. Sundial is known for its white sugar sand beaches and fantastic amenities. This unit was fully renovated in 2025 with top of the line finishes and decor, aiming to please even the most discerning of guests. Featuring a master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom, a guest bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a pullout sofa in the living room, this unit is ideal for larger parties. The fully equipped kitchen includes all of the cookware one would require to prepare even the most gourmet of meals during their trip and in-unit washer and dryer combo will make doing laundry a breeze. Enjoy crisp, cool, breezes from the comfort of your oversized lanai as you sip coffee in the morning. We recommend bikes or a rental car, although neither is absolutely necessary to fully enjoy this residence. Guests must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver before checking in. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
