Welcome to Sunset Serenity House- This 4 bedroom home boasts more than 2,000 square feet of air conditioned living space and ample outdoor living space that includes a heated pool, propane fire fit, and BBQ grill to boot! Located in the Wellington Lakes community, this home is located extremely close to The Health Park Medical Campus, Sanibel Island, and Fort Myers Beach. Pet friendly with king beds in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, multiple family/living areas, and an oversized gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and island- This home is perfect for larger groups with furry friends!
This home is situated across 4 bedrooms, laid out as follows:
Primary Bedroom: King bed with en-suite patio access and en-suite bathroom access to primary bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower, featuring dual vanities.
Second Bedroom: King bed, shared second bath with walk in shower
Third Bedroom: King bed, shared second bath with walk in shower
Fourth Bedroom: Queen bed, shared second bath with walk in shower
This home features two living rooms, one in the front of the home with a more formal 6 top dining table and multiple armchairs and the second located in the back of the home with an oversized sectional sofa positioned in front of a large Smart TV. The kitchen features a breakfast bar and island, and is fully stocked. The pool area features a large heated and caged pool, propane fire fit with ample seating around it, and a BBQ grill. The home also features a two car garage that guests may access.
We recommend a rental car
Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
We are available as often as needed but provide guests privacy to enjoy their vacation in serenity!

Location was good..not to far from stores,restaurants and the beach Space was good for 6 adults
Lovely home in the perfect spot. My 5 year old was in the pool from sun up to sun down. The lake fountain and the birds were the most relaxing sound. The breeze was wonderful. Even though I traveled with kids it was such a relaxing trip. The bidet in the main bathroom was an added bonus!
Awesome vacation in Fort Meyers!! Thank you for such a beautiful place to stay and being so responsive with the lp refills and the beach chairs!!!
