Thirdly, both the primary and lockout side of this listing include their own patios, each with furniture overlooking the peaceful Anchorage St. Lastly, the entire upstairs features a mesh wifi system for blazing fast internet speeds. Last but not least, guests will be less than 5 minutes from a fantastic Supermarket and Pharmacy, with Publix being just down the road from this property.

We had a wonderful stay and really appreciated all the thoughtful amenities the house offered. The pool was definitely a highlight—clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day out. We especially loved that the pool included a spa, which heated up quickly once turned on and made it even more enjoyable. The location was fantastic, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. While we didn’t end up using the bikes, it was a nice touch to have them available. The beach chairs and umbrella were incredibly helpful for comfortable beach days. The screened-in porch was another favorite spot, offering a peaceful place to sit without worrying about bugs.
Rosen Vacations left childrens hangers in the space and we asked for adult replacements, which they provided. No pans were provid, only after requested. Also, there are limited toiletries for a week stay. Bring your own. There is no dishwasher or stove. Only a hot plate and a mini fridge/freezer. We have lived in a big city and are use to a space big enough for 2 people, which this would not work for more than 2-3 people. In addition, there was no iron and i asked for one, which they provided. The decor is fresh and clean looking, which was nice. There are no rugs and you can hear your neighbors talking through the wall. In the end, the pool is the best part of the space. Location to the beach is great at the end of the block.
