Coupled with sleeping capacity for 12 persons, extremely spacious layout across three floors and more than 3,000 square feet, and a location proximal to the beach, restaurants, golf, and easy access on and off the island, your family will have all they need to generate memories that will last a lifetime! 

In terms of location, this home is located in the Western section of the Dunes Golf and Country Club. For those familiar with Sanibel Island, the Dunes Golf and Country Club is known to be the premier publicly-accessible country club community on the island. Positioned in between Bailey Road to the East and Dixie Beach Road to the West, this community enjoys proximity to bay beach accesses on either side. Furthermore, just a quick jaunt across the width of the island by bike or car will land guests on any number of fantastic gulf-side beaches, from Algiers Beach to Lighthouse Beach. In reference to restaurants and shopping, this location is about the closest one can be (10 minute bike ride) to the hustle-bustle of the city center area, characterized by Tahitian Gardens, Periwinkle Place, and the Bailey's Plaza, while still maintaining a sense of seclusion and tranquility while back at home. 

Guests will enjoy access to the communal facilities offered by the Dunes Golf and Country Club such as the tennis courts, the Country Club restaurant, pool, and golfing if they elect to purchase a family membership to these facilities. For reservations during the months of January, February, and March, rentals are available on a full calendar month basis only. Stays must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month. Partial-month stays, mid-month arrivals, or mid-month departures are not permitted during this period unless otherwise approved in writing by management.
Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We are available as often as needed but give guests space if they desire.
