Welcome to Island Beach Club 340B- In terms of layout, the master quarters are enormous and appointed with a large king bed and en suite bathroom, featuring dual vanities and a renovated shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and features an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and single vanity. For additional capacity, guests will find a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Guests will most certainly also enjoy the oversized laundry room, located adjacent to the kitchen. This residence is 1,440 square feet in size, making it one of the largest floor plans of any two bedroom condo on the island (more than 40% larger than Loggerhead or Pointe Santo units).
This property is pet friendly for dogs less than 55lbs. Pets must be approved on a reservation by reservation basis, please inquire with us prior to booking if you plan to bring a pet.

Clean & comfortable
Spacious, clean and well equipped. The view and vicinity to the beach were great!
This condo is gorgeous and so spacious! Everything was brand new ! The kitchen was well stocked for any meals you wanted to prepare. Leave your beach gear at home because there were great beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. Palmer went above and beyond to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed and was always super responsive. Highly recommend!
