This beautiful residence is a newly renovated Bayside Villa located on sunny Captiva Island. Boasting high-end finishes and beautiful coastal decor, this unit aims to please even the most discerning of guests. From the comfortable and well appointed furniture to the renovated kitchen and bathrooms, your family will feel like it is in the lap of luxury. This residence is a one bedroom, two bathroom Bayside Villa featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a large lanai overlooking the marina, and sleeping arrangements for up to four guests. The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and large vanity with granite countertops. The bedroom features ample closet space and a large flatscreen Smart TV. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests and flatscreen smart TV. The guest bathroom is located in the hallway just off of the kitchen and features a walk-in shower and vanity with granite countertop and is designed to function as a bathroom for guests sleeping in the living room. We recommend using golf carts and bikes to explore Captiva. Guests must complete a rental agreement. This is a non-smoking property on premises and balcony. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment. We are available as often as needed but provide guests the space they need to enjoy their vacation in privacy

We felt the price was high for a 1 bedroom slight bay view. We are used to a more personal touch instead of rental company feel. That’s how Airbnb started. There wasn’t even a first aid kit with a bandaid. With a full kitchen typically there’s some salt and pepper, maybe some cooking oil, tinfoil, coffee filters but this was more like a hotel. Not our style for an Airbnb. The communication appeared canned and from the rental company, not the owner. There was construction going on in the unit Nextdoor and were awaken by hammering and loud talking by the crew on a few occasions and felt we should have been told. The location is good, short walk to the beach, gated and under residence parking. The pool &jacuzzi were nice too. No washer/dryer in unit but there are pay washers that take quarters on ground level. We got 2 complementary boxes of detergent , some dishwasher pods and dish soap. All in all, we think the price was too high and we were expecting a more personal touch for Captiva
The unit was recently renovated and it seemed brand new, everything was super clean. We loved the location, quiet end of the island, balcony overlooks a marina, short walk to the beach, and not far from several restaurants. Everything you need for beach is provided: chairs, towels, umbrella, and wagon to carry everything. Palmer was great communicating, making sure we had everything we needed. Check in was easy, zero hassles. Definitely recommend!
