Fantastic, fully renovated, and one of a kind waterfront residence situated in the Sanibel Harbour Tower capable of sleeping up to six guests! Located on the Punta Rassa Peninsula and directly adjacent to Sanibel Island and the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort, this is a truly unique residence. Carefully and meticulously decorated by a professional interior designer using only the finest in materials, fabrics, and furniture, guests will appreciate all of the beautiful touches present throughout. The unit itself features two bedrooms that share waterfront views, the master bedroom featuring a large King bed and the guest bedroom featuring two twin beds. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a gorgeous walk in shower and marble vanity. The guest bedroom features a detached hallway bathroom with a renovated bathtub/shower combination and marble vanity. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room that is able to accommodate up to two guests for a total sleeping capacity of six guests. In terms of the cooking, guests will find all they could desire to prepare even the most gourmet of meals in the completely renovated and fully equipped kitchen of this residence. There is also a large balcony featuring panoramic views of Pine Island Sound with seating for up to six adults that features a direct waterfront exposure.
