We recommend renting a car, golf cart, or bikes while staying with us. This residence is extremely close to many local restaurants, shopping, and activities.
Guests must sign a rental agreement prior to checking in.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
We are available as often as needed, but give guests the space they desire while on vacation.

Great location on the beach! The pool was also enjoyable! Some basic pantry items items would have been helpful but we made it work… would definitely stay here again!!
We loved our stay here! It was right on the beach and it was VERY clean!
Girls trip to Sanibel for Spring Break was a success! Lovely place, gorgeous view and beautiful weather. The condo was just as described. The only thing we would change is more comfortable porch furniture and enough seating for 5 adults. Other than that we recommend this place. Thanks to Palmer
