It comfortably accommodates a party of four, featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The full bathroom, recently renovated to include a modern walk-in shower, is conveniently located between the two areas. The spacious lanai provides ample outdoor seating for guests to enjoy the peaceful setting of Captiva. Recently upgraded furnishings add a touch of luxury to the living room, enhancing your stay.

Bikes or golf cart recommended. Rental car not needed unless travel beyond downtown Captiva is planned.

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement after booking.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
