This beautiful ground floor unit in the highly esteemed Pointe Santo de Sanibel development features a walkout patio/lanai located just a few steps away from the pool and beach. Featuring direct Gulf views from its spacious patio, you can quite literally roll out of bed onto the beach. Boasting two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a modern kitchen with island, and spacious dining area, lanai and access to fantastic amenities, this is the perfect spot for your next vacation! Unit D1 is a two bedroom, two bath residence with a walk out lanai that faces both the Gulf and Pointe Santo grounds. It is located in the D building of the Pointe Santo de Sanibel community on West Gulf Drive. Sleeping arrangements are a King bed in the master bedroom, a double and a twin bed in the guest bedroom (has its own patio perfect for Yoga or meditation at Sunrise or just a little extra privacy) in addition to a non-sleeper sofa in living room for overflow guests. The residence features a well equipped new kitchen outfitted with an island and all appliances guests will need while staying with us for a vacation or an extended stay. Unit D1 also has a deeded parking space across from the unit front door entrance. There are guest spaces available around the property if you have visitors.
Unit D1 is well cared for and furnished well for a week’s vacation or an extended stay on Sanibel Island. We supply 4 beach chairs for you and shelling tools, some children’s toys and other beach items and lanai furniture. Unit D1 is well situated to make easy use of these amenities while remaining private and quiet while in the condo or the lanai. The kitchen is well equipped with all that you would need for a week’s vacation or an longer stay. We supply a combination Keurig drip and K-cup Coffee Maker as well. We also stock non glass Coffee Mugs for taking to the beach with you if you’d like a beverage on the beach. What makes this unit unique is the back porch perfect for early morning relaxing or outdoor coffee.
Pointe Santo is known for its well-kept grounds, Beach and Shelling opportunities, and as a safe and secure place to stay. It’s a perfect vacation spot for families or couples. Most of our guests are return renters and come back every year. D1 is close to restaurants and grocery stores – a short car or bike ride away. Biking is very popular on Sanibel as there are nearly 26 miles of paved bike paths on the island – and miles more unpaved in sanctuary areas.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this trip! Palmer’s place was great! It was about a 600 ft walk to the beach. There were 5 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach wagon, & an umbrella! We truly just needed swimsuits & that was it! It was such a perfect resort & worth every single penny! Loved how close the pool/bathrooms were to the beach!
The location of the unit was in close proximity to the parking space, pickle ball courts, and dumpster. It was a short walk to the beach and pool. The unit included beach chairs, beach towels, shelling nets, sun umbrella, and wagon to haul all your gear. You’re located right across the street from the bike path for easy access.
We are long time Sanibel vacationers. Our favorite place on West Gulf drive was completely lost from Hurricane Ian. This was our first time back since the Hurricane. Palmers place is immaculate. Appliances all new, clean and working great. Combo Micro/Air Fryer oven, combo Keurig/drip coffee maker. Great location, little further down from the busy east end, but a quick drive to all the favorite restaurants, shops etc. The grounds are well taken care of. Still a little construction going on, but didn't bother us. The pool area is nice, hot tub HOT (never thought I'd ever hear my wife say it was too hot), restrooms immaculate as well. Beach area was great, plenty of room. Some people chose to use the available lounge chairs and umbrellas, we had our own canopy. They have a wagon, mx. chairs, umbrella, towels and even some kid toys on the patio to use if you're flying in. Absolutely beautiful place and amenities. Probably the nicest AirBNB we've ever stayed in. Absolutely would recommend.
