Featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a smart and intuitive floor plan, and a heated pool and spa, this sublime residence is situated in the Beachview community of Sanibel Island, FL just a short walk or quick bide ride, through the golf course, to the neighborhood-only beach access, restaurants, shopping, and more!

Little Blue is an amenity rich property, all of which are detailed in the amenities section of this listing. Furthermore, guests have access to the garage of the home where they may store their vehicle during their stay. The home itself is divided across four large bedrooms and three bathrooms. The bedrooms are each located at the four corners of the property, making the layout ideal for larger groups that desire a central social area but bedrooms with ample spacing from one another. The bedroom configuration is as follows:

Primary Bedroom: King bed, lanai access and en-suite primary bathroom. Sitting chair in bedroom corner and flat screen Smart TV. Pictured in photos 9 and 10. Located on back right side of home overlooking golf course.
Guest Bedroom 1: King bed and lanai access. Pictured in photo 13. Located on back left side of home overlooking golf course.

Living Room: Features a queen sized sleeper sofa.

The bathrooms are configured as follows:

Primary Bathroom: Located en-suite to primary bedroom and features dual vanities with walk in shower.
Guest Bathroom 1: Located near guest bedroom 1 and dining room. Pocket door leading to dining room. Features single vanity and walk in shower.
Guest Bathroom 2: Located adjacent to guest bedroom 2 and bedroom 3, with hallway access. Features dual vanities and shower/tub combo.

Outdoor space:
Lanai has large flat screen TV and ample seating.
Outdoor shower on left side of house.
Propane grill.

In terms of location, Little Blue is a ground level home located at 1262 Par View Drive within the Beachview community of Sanibel Island, FL. It is located directly on the Beachview golf course overlooking the 14th hole. It features a deeded beach access located only steps from the home, about 750 yards from front door to sand. The Beachview clubhouse is located just feet from Little Blue. Here guests can participate in tennis and golfing activities. As a public course, guests may utilize the facilities on a pay for use basis. For more information please inquire with our office on current pricing for golf and tennis programs at Beachview. Little Blue is also located incredibly close to a number of great restaurants, including Mud Bugs, El Cielo, Tutti Pazzi, and more!

Guests have access to the entire home during their stay, as well as the garage, pool and spa. They also will enjoy access to the deeded beach access detailed in photo 19.

We recommend a golf cart, bikes, or a rental car

For reservations during the months of January, February, and March, rentals are available on a full calendar month basis only. Stays must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month. Partial-month stays, mid-month arrivals, or mid-month departures are not permitted during this period unless otherwise approved in writing by management.
Guests must complete a rental agreement.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
