This is a two bedroom, two bath, ground level residence located in the exclusive Loggerhead Cay community of Sanibel Island. Newly renovated as of 2023, this residence is sure to please even the most discerning of guests. Near to beaches, on/off causeway access, restaurants, and shopping- Guests will enjoy boundless opportunities to make memories that will last a lifetime! Loggerhead Cay #261 is a two-bedroom, two bathroom fully equipped condominium located on the east end of Sanibel Island. The unit is incredibly bright and spacious and comfortably sleeps up to seven people. The master bathroom offers a king size bed with en-suite private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a full-size bed along with a twin over full bunk bed. The main living area offers a pull-out Queen sleeper sofa and loveseat. Each bedroom has TV, and the main living area has a 65” smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need for making full meals during your stay. Appliances are new, and there is a washer and dryer located within the unit. Other offerings include high-speed wireless internet, beach equipment for your use including chairs, umbrella, beach cart, cooler, sand toys and boogie boards, ample books and games to enjoy during your visit. Linens and beach towels are included. This unit is a short three-to-four-minute walk to the sand from your door. It is located in building two on the first floor. There is an assigned parking space located directly behind the unit. Please note that this unit is pet-friendly for guests with one dog up to 25 pounds in size. There is a non-refundable $100 pet fee associated with pets. City of Sanibel Dwelling License Number RDWL-007139 We recommend rental bikes or car for getting around the island, as most restaurants, shopping, and activities are located more than one mile away from Loggerhead Cay. Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to their stay. E-Bikes are not allowed on property. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment. We are available as often as needed but provide guests the space they desire in order to afford them a relaxing and tranquil vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Loggerhead Cay #261! The condo is beautiful, modern, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect with easy pool and beach access. The host was great—incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend this spot for a Sanibel getaway!"
The place was great - very spacious for us and our 2 little kids. Nice to have the 2 full bathrooms for our stay. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and included salt and pepper and tupperware for leftovers. It was clean, nicely decorated and easy to check in. Nice to be on ground level and easy walk to the pool and the beach. Only issue was we came in at night and the buildings are a little hard to find the numbers in the dark.
Great stay at Loggerhead Cay. Beautiful updated large condo apartment steps to the beach. Perfect location on the island no stress getting on or coming off. Most relaxing vacation we’ve had in a long time. Great to see that Sanibel is back! Thanks Palmer and team - look fwd to returning!
