The second bedroom offers a queen sized bed along with a twin bunk beds. The main living area offers a pull-out Queen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has TV, and the main living area has a 65” smart TV with a Premium Cable package with sports, local news, and family channels in addition to streaming channels. Relax in the comfortable living room chair after a fun day at the beach! The gorgeous chef's kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need for making full meals during your stay. There is also a washer and dryer located within the unit. Other offerings include high-speed wireless internet, beach equipment for your use including chairs, umbrella, beach cart, cooler, sand toys and boogie boards, ample books and games to enjoy during your visit. Linens and beach towels are included. This unit is a short three-to-five-minute walk to the sand from your door. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

This unit is perfect for anyone’s Sanibel retreat. It looks great in photos and even better in person. Steps away from the beach and the pool. Palmer and his team are very responsive and aim to make every stay a great experience. Also pet friendly!
Was really happy to have found Palmer’s place. Perfectly clean and neat. A happy place to stay. I’m getting ready to book with them again. Actually wish this condo was for sale—would buy it in a heartbeat. It was a walk out first floor unit with all the beach necessities available in the screened in porch.. Short walk to the beach and swimming pool. Loved it!!!
We had a wonderful stay! The location on Sanibel is fantastic — close to the beach and convenient to all the island activities. The home matched the description perfectly and check-in was seamless with no issues. Would definitely stay here again!
