Corner residence overlooking pool and garden from its oversized lanai with ample seating, guests will enjoy proximity to all Captiva has to offer while also being close to downtown Captiva, full of opportunities for adventure and relaxation. This unit is located on the first floor and boasts 750 square feet of optimal island living space. This unit comfortably sleeps a party of 4 featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and a pullout sofa in the living room as well as a full bathroom conveniently located between the bedroom and living room. The oversized lanai overlooking the garden and pool features ample outdoor seating to enjoy the tranquil setting of Captiva. . Bikes or golf cart recommended. Rental car not needed unless travel beyond downtown Captiva is planned. Guests must complete a rental agreement following reservation confirmation. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment. We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small.
