The home also features an updated kitchen, fully outfitted with the latest appliances and cookware, a large living room with sectional sofa (not a sleeper) and flatscreen TV, and large front and back patios. The front patio is configured as a Florida room and is air conditioned while the back patio is an open air screened patio. Both feature ample patio furniture for sitting and relaxing.
Description of downstairs portion of the house: The apartment features two bedrooms and one bath, as well as a fully equipped living room and kitchen. The bedroom configurations are as follows: Master bedroom features a queen bed and guest bedroom features a double and twin bunk bed. Additionally, the living room features a pullout sofa. The space also features a washer/dryer. There is no garage access for parking but guests may park in the front driveway.

We had a great time !! The location is perfect 🤩
The house is awesome! They had everything you needed to go to the beach including wagons cooler and chairs. The beach is a two minute walk. Loved the front closed in porch to relax! We just loved the place!
We had a great stay over the weekend! The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach and exactly as shown in the photos. The home was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our group. We especially loved the large living room and dining area, which made it easy for everyone to gather, enjoy meals together, and spend quality time. The property is conveniently located near Publix and other stores, making it easy to pick up anything we needed. It’s also close to plenty of restaurants and bars, which was a huge plus. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to others visiting the area.
