This unit comfortably sleeps a party of 4 featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a full bathroom conveniently located between the bedroom and living room. The oversized lanai overlooking the garden features ample outdoor seating to enjoy the tranquil setting of Captiva. Recommend bikes or a golf cart, rental car not needed unless guests plan to explore beyond the downtown Captiva area. Guests must complete a rental agreement following reservation confirmation A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window.
