Guests of this listing will have complete and exclusive use of the space advertised, as well as a guaranteed parking spot for one vehicle. PLEASE NOTE: These two listings do share one element, the pool and patio area. Guests of both the ground level and first floor listings share pool access. The Good: Location is fantastic. Short walk to beach and a mile to restaurant/bar & shopping attractions. Condo is large, nicely decorated and well appointed. Outdoor space and pool are beautiful. The Bad: Poor communication. Booked in April 2025 for March 2026. Sept 2025 asked to cancel booking for full refund (knowing the cancelation policy didn't allow for this but hoping an exception would be made since it was six months in advance & would easily book-in given the time of year). Initially told this wasn't possible - then told it was - then told it wasn't. Original listing didn't mention the place is a condo with shared outdoor space and pool. First mention of this was the welcome message received a couple days before arrival. Listing has since been updated but very much felt like a bait and switch. Overall great place in a great location but transparent & consistent communication would help with expectations.
We arrived for our son's graduation with family, and the house was in the perfect location with plenty to do. Check-in went smoothly, and the house was pristine—probably one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. It was within walking distance to the beach, and the house was equipped with everything we needed for fun at the beach. Palmer checked in a few times to ensure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. I would not hesitate to rent from her again, as she made our celebration enjoyable and stress-free!
