Palm Paradise- This awesome 3/2 island bungalow is the perfect home for your next vacation! Nicely redone with an open concept living and dining area, expansive patio, and a fantastic floorplan for families, you will instantly fall in love with Palm Paradise. Located in the downtown district of Sanibel, this home enjoys close proximity to restaurants, shopping, beaches, golfing, and all Sanibel has to offer! In terms of location, most bikers consider this to be the best area on Sanibel to stay as it is almost equidistant to all Sanibel beaches from the downtown district. You also have close access to some of the bay beaches such as Dixie and Bailey beach.

The home itself features three bedrooms and two baths, a fully equipped kitchen, expansive patio, and parking underneath the property. It is an elevated property so also high and dry away from bugs, water, and other ground level setbacks. The bedrooms are configured as follows- Master bedroom with king bed, guest bedroom 1 with queen bed, guest bedroom 2 with queen bed. The bathrooms are configured as follows- Master bathroom features dual vanities and a walk in shower and is en-suite to the master bedroom. Guest bathroom features a single vanity and a tub/shower combo and is located between the two guest bedrooms.

The living room area features huge vaulted ceilings, a fantastic new leather sectional sofa, and a large flat screen TV. The dining area is located adjacent to the living room and has service for up to six guests. The kitchen is located off of the dining room and is fully equipped to prepare even the most gourmet of meals during your trip and also features a small four top table which makes a nice place to work or get away from the group and enjoy some privacy on your computer during your trip.

The patio is enormous and spans the width of the house, overlooking the nicely planted backyard which is completely private. It features fans and a screen enclosure so no bugs can get through. There are entrances to the patio from two of the bedrooms and from the living room. All of the glass in the house makes this one that gets fantastic all day natural light.

We recommend bikes or a rental car

For reservations during the months of January, February, and March, rentals are available on a full calendar month basis only. Stays must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month. Partial-month stays, mid-month arrivals, or mid-month departures are not permitted during this period unless otherwise approved in writing by management.
Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to staying with us
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We are available as often as needed but provide guests privacy during their stay
