Located just steps from the beach and overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters of the Gulf, this fully renovated penthouse offers breathtaking ocean views, high-end finishes, and convenient amenities like a private balcony and in-unit laundry. Furthermore, guests enjoy access to the onsite pool, tennis court, and grills. This incredible residence is comprised of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a designer grade kitchen with Samsung bespoke appliances, an expansive living room, and patio overlooking the beach/gulf. On the first level of this residence, guests will find the primary and second bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, and patio. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and enjoys access to a hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. On the second level of this residence guests will find two additional guest bedrooms and a hallway bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms feature a king bed and two twin beds, respectively. The second level bathroom features a walk in shower. The best way to get around on Captiva is a golf cart, or on bikes. You can Uber from RSW Airport for just $50-70 and really will not require a car while here unless planning to visit Sanibel and neighboring areas. We require guests to complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. The agreement will be sent upon booking confirmation. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment. We are available as often as needed, but provide guests the privacy the desire to enjoy their vacation in peace!
