# SS Beach Villa 2535 – 4 Bedroom Vacation Rental in Captiva, Florida | Rosen Vacations

Discover coastal elegance in this four bedroom Beach Villas residence on Captiva! As the only true four bedroom rental in all of the Beach Villas, this residence is not only stunning but also one of a kind! Located just steps from the beach and overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters of the Gulf, this fully renovated penthouse offers breathtaking ocean views, high-end finishes, and convenient amenities like a private balcony and in-unit laundry. Furthermore, guests enjoy access to the onsite pool, tennis court, and grills. 

This incredible residence is comprised of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a designer grade kitchen with Samsung bespoke appliances, an expansive living room, and patio overlooking the beach/gulf. On the first level of this residence, guests will find the primary and second bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, and patio. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and enjoys access to a hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. On the second level of this residence guests will find two additional guest bedrooms and a hallway bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms feature a king bed and two twin beds, respectively. The second level bathroom features a walk in shower. 

The best way to get around on Captiva is a golf cart, or on bikes. You can Uber from RSW Airport for just $50-70 and really will not require a car while here unless planning to visit Sanibel and neighboring areas.

We require guests to complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. The agreement will be sent upon booking confirmation.  A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We are available as often as needed, but provide guests the privacy the desire to enjoy their vacation in peace!

Front door to the condo was rusty and difficult to lock securely. The dishwasher did not work during our stay. We lost water pressure during our stay and sent a message to Rosen through Airbnb messages and never received a response. Called them later in the day to report it and they said they would check on it and get back to us. Never got a call back or any acknowledgement from them. Went two days without showers or baths.
