The first guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has two double beds, accommodating all your guests. Guests will enjoy access to the entire house, pool, garage, and deeded beach access. They may also participate in tennis and golfing at Sanibel Island Golf Club for a fee (please contact for more information).

For reservations during the months of January, February, and March, rentals are available on a full calendar month basis only. Stays must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month. Partial-month stays, mid-month arrivals, or mid-month departures are not permitted during this period unless otherwise approved in writing by management.
Guests must complete a rental agreement.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
