Welcome to Sea U Soon- An exceptional residence that exudes quintessential Captiva charm with a decidedly modern flare, featuring handcrafted interior design, a lush outdoor landscape with built in kitchen and heated pool, and a true chef's kitchen with custom banquet. Location, location, location- with soaring gulf and bay views from the rooftop sundeck, and just steps to white sand beaches, shopping and dining, guests will find themselves perfectly positioned to enjoy all that Captiva has to offer.

Sea U Soon is divided across four bedrooms and four bathrooms of the following configurations- Master bedroom located on the 3rd level of the home features a king bed and bathroom with walk in shower, soaking tub, and dual vanities. Guest bedroom 1 is located on the 2nd level of the home and features a king bed with a bathroom located just across the hallway featuring dual vanities and a walk in shower. Guest bedroom 2 is located on the 3rd level and features a queen bed. Guest bedroom 3 is located on the 3rd level and features two twin beds with 2 trundle beds. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom located between the two bedrooms that features dual vanities and a large walk in shower. There is also a pool bathroom on the ground level with a single vanity and walk in shower. 

Proceeding back down the stairs from the 3rd level, guests will find the kitchen and living room, both with screened lanai access. As the pictures portray, the kitchen features a beautiful banquet and backsplash that incorporates 300 year old Portuguese tiles. All appliances are GE Cafe. There is a washer and dryer room located off of the living room in the hallway. 

On the 1st level of the home guests will find split garages with a gate in the center leading to the pool deck and back yard area, featuring a built in outdoor kitchen, large heated pool, outdoor shower, and large dining area with seating for up to six guests.

Golf cart is recommended to get around

Guests must sign a rental agreement.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

Amazing backyard with perfect sized pool for us to play w kids. Two minute walk to the beach, which was incredible! Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys supplied. We had everything we needed for our stay (outside of games, kids books, things to do on the one rainy day we had—that’s all just added bonus though, if provided). We rented a crib and wagon for the baby from a local company. Also rented a golf cart for toodling around town.  Near many great restaurants. Also we had fun watching the osprey nest from the front porch (so fun watching them feed their baby!) Honestly this place is in the top houses we’ve rented on Airbnb and we would love to return!! Thank you for a wonderful and memorable vacation stay!" (10/5)
