Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to check in. The rental agreement will be sent to guests at booking confirmation. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment. We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small.
