The Space: The upstairs is divided across two large bedrooms (one featuring a king bed and the other two queen beds) and two bathrooms (one with a walk in shower and the other a shower/tub combination). The home also features an updated kitchen, fully outfitted with the latest appliances and cookware, a large living room with sectional sofa (not a sleeper) and flatscreen TV, and large front and back patios. The front patio is configured as a Florida room and is air conditioned while the back patio is an open air screened patio. Both feature ample patio furniture for sitting and relaxing. Finally, the home is outfitted with a washer and dryer, internet (via mobile hotspot), air conditioning, electric, water, and sewer.
Please note that the lower floor of this home is rented separately. The lower level is not connected in any way to the upper level and the levels have separate entrances. Pool access is restricted to this property only.

Excellent location with short walk to the beach and short drive to lots of restaurants and grocery store. Kitchen had everything you could need. Whole place was beautifully decorated. Beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, etc came in really handy. The pool was nice! We enjoyed the multiple patios/porches. Overall it was a great stay!
The condo was exactly as described with a great front porch to enjoy. The pool and beach toys were also great to use with the kids. We enjoyed our stay and will book again on our next trip back!
Amazing stay with our little family. We loved the heated pool and privacy this home provides. We’ll definitely be back again 😊
