This gorgeous single story home was recently renovated and is tastefully decorated and well-equipped to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The first thing you will notice when you walk in to the home is the spacious, open floor plan with gorgeous furniture and décor. The house is light and bright, and instantly makes you feel like you’ve escaped to a beach paradise.
The comfortable living room has ample seating and is perfect for curling up with your favorite book or watching your favorite show on the brand new flat screen smart TV so you can connect to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime or whatever streaming service you subscribe to.
While we encourage you to try the wonderful restaurants on Sanibel, we have equipped the kitchen with everything you need to create a gourmet meal. The stylish kitchen has new appliances, quartz and butcher block countertops, choice of coffee makers & blenders, plenty of serving dishes and glassware for entertaining family and friends and a bar area to mix your favorite drinks. The kitchen is just a few feet from the pool and includes gourmet equipment and an island, making is easy to dine al fresco while sitting by the pool, cooking on the brand-new gas grill, and enjoying the tropical view. If you prefer to dine indoors, there is a gorgeous dining room table that comfortably seats 6 people and looks out onto the pool area.
The pool area has comfortable furniture and a large screened cage, keeping the bugs out! This is the perfect space to relax with a book, listen to your favorite tunes, do a bit of exercise, or enjoy a drink.
While we know that you are looking for the perfect house to relax, sometimes work just can’t be avoided, so we have supplied the house with high-speed WIFI to make sure your Zoom meetings run smoothly, plenty of charging stations, and a work desk, so you can still get down to business if duty calls.
There are 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms with plenty of closet space, new smart televisions with streaming, and access to the lanai, making it easy to enjoy your morning coffee in serenity. The master bedroom has a brand-new king sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and single vanity. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom and two bunk beds beds in the third bedroom. The second and third bedroom share the guest bathroom, which features a single vanity and walk in shower.
Doing your laundry is a breeze. The laundry room is equipped with a brand-new washer and dryer and plenty of extra storage with linens and towels.
Since Sanibel is a biker`s paradise, we provide two bikes for the convenient of renters. We have relationships with Finnimore's Bikes on island if more are needed and are happy to connect renters if we are asked. There are also beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and a beach stroller so you can easily walk down to the deeded beach access and spend time relaxing, swimming or collecting unique shells. Or, if you’re looking to spend a little time indoors, we also provide a selection of board games and puzzles, simply request these items prior to your check in and we will ensure the house is stocked with what you like best.
Pet fee of $150 per pet, please contact us to arrange to make the pet fee payment.
Guests must complete a rental agreement.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
We are available as often as required, but provide guests the space they desire to enjoy their vacation in privacy.
