Over time, storm waters and shifts in the sand caused this land strip to wash away exposing the pass. The space itself is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse that is divided across two stories. The first level contains the kitchen, living room, and half bath. The second level contains the master bedroom with king bed, guest bedroom with queen and bunk bed, and both the master bathroom with shower/tub combo and guest bathroom with walk in shower. The master bathroom is located en-suite to the master bedroom and the guest bathroom is located just off of the guest bedroom in the upstairs hallway. In the living room, there is a sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen bed and a sleeper armchair that pulls out into a single bed. There is a screened balcony off of the master bedroom facing in a Sunrise orientation. Guests will enjoy a dedicated parking spot, as well as overflow guest parking if needed.

Within 10-15 min walk to Bowmans beach which is a very desirable area! His place is nice and convenient! Looking to go to Captiva? It’s only 5min away and 15 to the other end of Captiva! Only 15-20min to the lighthouse beach area! Would definitely recommend
We enjoyed our stay! Had everything you needed in the house/kitchen and for the beach(wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler)! Beach was close. We would stay again!
Condo was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for a weeks stay.
