It's equipped with a large TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the tools you need to create culinary masterpieces. The dining area is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen and offers a comfortable space for enjoying meals together. The primary bedroom is a private sanctuary, featuring a king-size bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms offer queen-size beds and comfortable furnishings. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids with its full over full bunk bed (capable of sleeping 4 children). The two guest bathrooms are well-appointed with all the essentials. Outside, the private pool beckons for a refreshing swim, and the BBQ grill is ready for your cookout. The patio offers comfortable seating for enjoying the Florida sunshine. The garage provides secure parking for your vehicles. We recommend bikes, golf cart or a rental car. We are available as often as necessary but provide guests privacy to enjoy their vacation in peace and serenity. Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
