Loggerhead 253 is a fantastic 2/2 condo residence in the sought after Loggerhead Cay development of Sanibel's East End. As a Gulf-front community located just a matter of feet from the beach, Loggerhead Cay is a favorite among frequent travelers of Sanibel Island. With resort grade amenities including tennis, Olympic sized swimming pool, shuffleboard, and community grills, and a fantastic location with easy on/off island access, Loggerhead Cay is an excellent choice for your next vacation! Featuring two spacious bedrooms, two upgraded bathrooms, an expansive lanai with ample seating space for up to six, and an exquisitely renovated full kitchen this residence is sure to please even the most discerning of guests. Additionally, guests of Loggerhead 253 find that this particular residence is very well suited for families with children, accommodating them especially well with the two twin beds in the guest bedroom and the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit is incredibly bright and spacious and comfortably sleeps up to six people. The master bathroom offers a king size bed and en-suite private bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds with a bathroom located in the hallway outside the bedroom with walk in shower. The main living area offers a pull-out Queen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has TV, and the main living area has a large smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need for making full meals during your stay. Appliances are new, and there is a washer and dryer located within the unit. Other offerings include high-speed wireless internet, beach equipment for your use including chairs, umbrella, beach cart, sand toys and boogie boards, ample books and games to enjoy during your visit. Linens and beach towels are included. This unit is a short two to three minute walk to the sand from your door. It is located in building two on the third floor with both stair and elevator access. There is an assigned parking space located directly behind the unit. City of Sanibel Dwelling License Number RDWL-010564 We recommend rental bikes or car for getting around the island, as most restaurants, shopping, and activities are located more than one mile away from Loggerhead Cay. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement. E-Bikes are not allowed on property. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment. We are available as often as needed but provide guests the space they desire in order to afford them a relaxing and tranquil vacation.

The unit was very clean, the property was professionally maintained, and there was easy and quick access to the pool and beach. Palmer did a nice job detailing the perks of the unit and making it seemless to check in and out.

This condo is in a great location. The complex is quiet, pool is comfortable and the beach is fantastic with very easy access. The kitchen supplies are adequate, what you might expect from a rental - as usual many of the pans have been heavily used by previous guests. The rental company says they give some basic starter supplies. Unfortunately that did not include any kitchen items. There were no starter coffee or tea servings and there were no small sugar packets or even a salt shaker so hit the store before you arrive. It did give us great access to the island both by foot and by bike!

This Condo is in a great location on Sanibel. Walk to beach. Easy to bike. Very accessible.
