Featuring a master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom, a guest bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a pullout sofa in the living room, this unit is ideal for larger parties. The fully equipped kitchen includes all of the cookware one would require to prepare even the most gourmet of meals during their trip. Enjoy crisp, cool, breezes from the comfort of your oversized lanai as you sip coffee in the morning. City of Sanibel Dwelling License Number RDWL-009591 We recommend bikes, golf cart or a rental car, although neither is absolutely necessary to fully enjoy this residence. Guests must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver before checking in. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment. We are available as often as needed, yet provide guests the space and serenity they desire while on a much needed retreat.

This condo is beautiful in and of itself, and the unobstructed view of the Gulf it affords is incredible!
This beautiful condo is just as pictured including the view from the window. It is an end unit and steps away from the beach. A swimming pool is nearby. I was happy that the elevator was working. The grounds were lovely and well maintained.
What a beautiful place to stay. balcony overlooked the beach and ocean. wonderful sunrise. large balcony! very relaxing!
