This unit was fully renovated in 2025 with top of the line finishes and decor, aiming to please even the most discerning of guests. Featuring a master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom, a guest bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a pullout sofa in the living room, this unit is ideal for larger parties. The fully equipped kitchen includes all of the cookware one would require to prepare even the most gourmet of meals during their trip. Enjoy crisp, cool, breezes from the comfort of your oversized lanai as you sip coffee in the morning.

We recommend bikes, golf cart or a rental car, although neither is absolutely necessary to fully enjoy this residence
Guests must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver before checking in.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Sundial 301A, it was everything we expected and more! Beautiful views and gulf breezes, clean and spacious, with everything you would need for the kitchen or the beach. Both the beach and pool are in less than 2 minute walk, and the condo was equipped with beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella which was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen was well stocked with essential equipment for meals and the washer/dryer worked out wonderfully throughout our stay. Palmer & the team at Rosen vacations were prompt with all our questions leading up to our stay and provided helpful information throughout our trip. This property was perfect for my family's weeklong Sanibel getaway. We will be returning in the future!

My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids - 9 years old) loved this condo. The location to the beach and the pool were perfect. My kids loved going back-and-forth between the pool and the beach throughout the day and it was so quick and easy to pop back into the condo as needed. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to bike right from the condo to the store, ice cream, the Lighthouse, etc so the location was super convenient to things on the island as well. When we return to Sanibel we would love to stay at this condo again.
