Welcome to Sunrise Serenity: This fantastic four bedroom, three bathroom home on Sanibel Island is located centrally, close to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. Overlooking a tranquil lake with a screened patio, guests will find the property to be incredibly serene. Located on a private dead end street called Sunrise Circle, this home is hidden but at the same time almost directly in the center of the island and walking distance to Pinocchio's Ice Cream, Cheeseburger Cheeseburger, and other Sanibel staples.
This home is two stories in height and configured as follows: There is a single bedroom on the ground floor of the home that also features an accompanying bathroom. Both are fully renovated and pictured. The bedroom features two twin beds. On the 1st floor above ground level is the kitchen, living room, office, and three other bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk in shower. The first and second upstairs guest bedrooms feature a queen bed and two small single beds, respectively. These share access to a bathroom with a walk in shower and single vanity. In total there are four bedrooms in this home, making it a great choice for larger families with children or grandparents that need capacity for additional occupancy during part of their stay.
We recommend bikes or a rental car
For reservations during the months of January, February, and March, rentals are available on a full calendar month basis only. Stays must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month. Partial-month stays, mid-month arrivals, or mid-month departures are not permitted during this period unless otherwise approved in writing by management.
Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. A $300 cancellation fee is imposed for cancellations, to assist us in covering credit card processing fees.
We are available as much as needed but provide guests space to enjoy their stay in comfort
