Welcome to The Palms- A lush tropical paradise with four cottage units and a pool nestled among awe inspiring Olde Florida landscaping. Built nearly 60 years ago but renovated in 2023, these cottages maintain a charming and cozy character while also providing guests with all of the modern convenience and accessories a savvy traveler would expect in a high end vacation rental.
Consisting of two large buildings, with two cottage units contained within each, The Palms offers guests a low-key and private setting with a private pool to boot in which to enjoy their vacation. One of the characteristics we find travelers enjoy most about The Palms is the privacy and seclusion that the resort affords them. Situated on more than 1.5 acres of resort property, guests will feel as if they have discovered a hidden island enclave, one in which they have to share with just three other traveling groups (most of which consist of just one to two travelers each). The best part of all being that The Palms is located on what is arguably the most attractive intersection on all of Sanibel Island- East Gulf and Periwinkle Way.
Cottage Two at The Palms is comprised of one large room consisting of a kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa, en-suite bathroom, and detached bedroom area. The kitchen features modern appliances and is fully equipped and the cottage features flat screen TVs. The cottage also possesses a screened-in patio that is surrounded by hedges and affords guests ample privacy.

We were very pleased with the accommodations.
Dankeschön für den tollen Aufenthalt. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Weg zum Spazieren Strand war kurz. In der Umgebung kann man nett einkaufen . Die Sonne ☀️ hat Ihr übriges getan, es war Sonne satt. Alles bestens. Die Preisleistung war im Rahmen, obwohl es zu den Vorjahren schon sehr anzogen hat (80 % im Durchschnitt) Wir hoffen, dass es nicht noch teurer wird, denn es ist unsere Sehnsuchtsinsel. Wir lieben sie. Auch die Kommunikative Verbindung war prima.👌 was Sabinel auch auszeichnet sind die freundlichen Menschen (sicher meist Urlauber). Es war toll 😊 ich möchte nächstes Jahr wiederkommen ❤️🌺🌸🌺🌸
A wonderful place to stay on Sanibel! Great location with an easy walk to the beach, coffee/ice cream shop, Wicks Cafe for breakfast lunch and dinner, clothing and beach needs. It’s all right there. The apartment is very well done. Everything you need and clean as can be. Just like the photos. A thorough, tastefully done rebuild after Ian. I will be back soon to enjoy the beauty of Sanibel. Thanks Palmer and crew for new memories on Sanibel!
