This property offers two oversized bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the home and each feature ensuite bathrooms and king beds. The bathrooms all feature walk in showers with the primary bathroom offering a high end double vanity for guest's enjoyment. The living room is sprawling and includes an electric fireplace and flatscreen TV. The kitchen is thoughtfully redesigned with impeccable taste and all of the accountramenss a guest could desire to prepare even the most gourmet of meals. The screened patio located off of the living room features seating for six at the outdoor dining table as well as access to the adjoining sundeck where guests can enjoy sunbathing throughout the day. At the back of the property is the private dock and included kayaks and 3 person rigid inflatable boat, which guests can use the navigate the serene waters of Clam Bayou, a renowned waterway offering access to nearby beaches and multitudes of mangrove capillaries that lead deep within the island ecosystem. Guests have access to the entire home and dock, as well as two kayaks and inflatable boat We recommend a golf cart, bikes, or rental car to get around Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in.
