The living and sleeping spaces in this home are divided across six primary rooms, the living room, dining room/kitchen, master bedroom and bath, guest bedroom 1, guest bedroom 2, and guest bath. The living room is large and spacious with vaulted ceilings and a modern entertainment center, overlooking the canal and featuring a sunset exposure. The dining room features seating for up to six and is located adjacent to the fully equipped and recently renovated kitchen. Directly abutting the kitchen, guests will find a small laundry room that leads out to the garage, with capacity for up to two vehicles. This is also where the bicycles are housed. Guests will find three bedrooms in the home with sleeping arrangements as follows- Master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk in shower, guest bedroom with king bed, guest bedroom with single beds, and finally the guest bath located off of the hallway separating the two guest bedrooms. This bathroom features a shower/tub combination. This bathroom also leads directly out onto the lanai where the pool and outdoor dining table are located, providing guests with an excellent indoor/outdoor bathroom that can be utilized when spending long days at the poolside. In terms of location, this home is situated in the Southwesterly portion of Cape Coral, very near to Matlacha and Pine Island (5 minute trip) with the nearest major thoroughfare being Veterans Parkway, providing guests with simple on/off access to Fort Myers (10 minute trip) and the nearby beaches of Sanibel and Captiva (30 minute trip). Our lift is a 10,000 lb boat lift and can accommodate most flats or bay boats up to 24 feet in length. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
