Lands End 1617 is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Gulf-view condo located within the exclusive Lands End Village community. This luxury vacation residence is mere steps away from pristine white sand beaches and the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico in a serene location bordered by palm trees and tropical landscaping. This high-end vacation rental also offers a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, dining area and living room with a plush sofa and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom opens to a large deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV and spacious en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, oversize walk-in shower, dual vanity and skylights. The guest bedroom has two double beds, flat screen TV, a private deck and a separate full bathroom.
Lands End Village community amenities provided with this rental are adjacent to the unit and include a resort-style heated pool surrounded by a large sun patio furnished with deck chairs and an outdoor shower, hot tub, gas BBQ grills, tennis courts and covered parking. This rental includes beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart for guest's convenience. Captiva Island offers exceptional shelling, biking, fishing, sailing and an opportunity to enjoy all types of water sports (e.g. kayaking, paddle boarding, water skiing, parasailing, snorkeling/diving). Offshore Sailing School and Captiva Cruises, offering a range of sunset, dolphin & wildlife cruises, are based at the nearby marina. Chadwick Square shopping mall (Starbucks and others) and Sunny Island Watersports (water sports/bike/beach/golf cart rental equipment) are located just a matter of minutes from this residence. Captiva's many Village area restaurants and other amenities are within a short distance as well.
